Nihara Jayatilleke is a dynamic leader with a strong background in marketing and management. An alumna of Musaeus College and the National Institute of Business Management, she also holds qualifications from CIM Marketing. She began her career as the first female marketing executive at the Metropolitan Group of Companies, eventually rising to become the company’s first Marketing Manager for the Swedish cosmetic giant, Oriflame, where she was instrumental in successfully establishing Oriflame operations in Sri Lanka.
After her tenure at Oriflame, Nihara joined Ceylinco-Cisco Security Corporation and played a pivotal role in launching ‘Swiftcare,’ a 24-hour ambulance service. After a brief hiatus, she joined AAC as Managing Director, where her leadership continues to drive the organisation towards new heights of excellence and innovation in aviation training and services.
